you.

Alchemy =
transforming, healing and shifting energy and consciousness
from ‘lower’ to ‘higher’;
understanding the laws of nature and of the Universe
and harnessing those laws to create transformational change,
not only of your inner reality,
but transformational change that affects your outer reality, the world, the Universe.

Self-Alchemy
is the purification of the base metals of your false self
into the gold of your True Self.
And rather than ‘working on’ or ‘changing’ yourself,
you allow what is not you to purify and fall away
so that you may be the pure being that you are
embodied through your human-beingness.

Self-Alchemy
is your own journey of Self-Realisation
of who you really are and have always been.
You un-member yourself
from all of the ways of who you are actually not,
and re-member yourself
in all of the ways of who you truly are.

As a Self-Alchemist,
you do not hermit yourself away in some mystical laboratory
to experiment with external elements.
The laboratory that you experience Self-Alchemy
is yourSelf and in your life.
With your Self as your Guide.
In your own every-day life.

May you know

may you radiate
the light of yourSelf.
Moment by moment.
